Full job description

Job Title: Warehouse Operative/Picker/Packer (Seasonal Contract)
NO RECRUITMENT AGENCIES.

Company: B&J Supplies
Location: Mary Street, Manchester, M3 1DZ
Contract: Temporary, starting September 2025 until mid-January 2026
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Thursday (9 am - 5:30 pm), Friday (9 am - 5 pm)

Who are we?

We are a long-standing wholesaler, family-run business selling Toiletries, Chemist Sundries, Household goods and Health & Beauty Products.

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a positive, energetic and experienced new hire to join our busy team.

This means getting stuck in with the day-to-day working of our business.

The job will include:

· Packing/picking orders

· Shrink wrapping pallets

· Periodical stock updates & checks

· General warehouse upkeep

You’ll be given training and ongoing help, but you’ll need to be able to hold your own.

What skills do I need?

A can-do attitude - Positivity and enthusiasm
Able to follow clear systems and instructions with attention to detail
Have good English and numeracy skills, able to read and write

What are the hours?

Monday-Thursday: 9 am- 5.30 pm

Friday: 9 am-5 pm

When and how long is the position for?

This position is to start in September and will run until the middle of January.

We’re based just outside Manchester City Centre.
