We're looking for an ambitious and driven person to join our Commercialisation team.

At Shoppertainment, we work with some of the UK's leading shopping centres and retail destinations unlock new commercial opportunities. From pop up retail units and brand experiential activations to OOH media campaigns, vending and mall kiosks, we create experiences that bring destinations to life while driving income for our clients.

Based in our newly refurbished offices in Blossom, 55 Spring Gardens in the heart of Manchester, you'll have the opportunity to develop your career, work with well known brands and retail destinations, and make a real impact in a business that values initiative, collaboration and fresh ideas.

As a Solutions Account Manager you will be at the forefront of managing and maintaining great relationships with our customers, driving sales and discussing our wide range of products and services. You will be responsible for producing accurate quotations for everyday IT products and services, tailored to the unique needs of each business, as well as getting involved with the technical teams to design and present more advanced technical solutions for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Manage and maintain great relationships with our clients (centre teams and operators.) Some travel may be required after 6 months.
Assist with coordinating site visits, meetings, and review sessions, including logistics and documentation.
Monitor and analyse centre targets against agreed targets and identify opportunities that are the right fit for your shopping centre portfolio and support across designated centres within the overall Shoppertainment shopping centre portfolio.
Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals.
Manage opportunities from enquiry (inbound and outbound) through to completion.
Work closely with our marketing and client services teams including supporting the production of reports for clients.
Achieve and exceeding monthly sales targets.

About you

You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.

Ideally, you'll have:

Sales or business development experience.
Experience within a CRM system such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
Great problem solving, communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, positive attitude.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
The drive to achieve results and earn commission.
Experience within retail, property, events or commercialisation is an advantage, but not essential.
