Description

We partner with some of the world's leading Defence and Aerospace organisations, providing expert project management support on complex, high-profile programmes. As a Junior Project Manager in our Bristol team, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced consultants while developing the skills to become a trusted project management professional.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with project planning, scheduling and resource coordination.
Monitoring project progress and reporting against key milestones.
Supporting risk, issue, action and dependency management.
Preparing project documentation, dashboards and status reports.
Coordinating meetings, workshops and stakeholder communications.
Helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Working closely with experienced Project Managers and PMO professionals to develop your skills and knowledge.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Experience in a project support, project coordination, PMO, engineering, operations or business support role.
A degree, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related discipline.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders.
A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility to obtain or hold UK Security Clearance (subject to client requirements).

Previous experience within Defence or Aerospace is beneficial but not essential.
