Full job description

Job Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse activities. You’ll coordinate inventory movements, deliveries, stock records, warehouse schedules, and communication between warehouse, transport, and supply chain teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory, or operations who wants to develop their career in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with warehouse and transport teams.
Communicate with suppliers, drivers, warehouse staff, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Assist with stock checks, cycle counts, order accuracy, and investigation of inventory discrepancies.
Prepare warehouse reports and support improvements to productivity, safety, accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, supply chain, or a similar coordination role is preferred.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good understanding of warehouse processes, stock control, order fulfilment, and goods-in/goods-out procedures.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, warehouse management systems, and inventory software.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Pay: £2,417.00-£3,250.00 per month
