Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

We are looking for an organised and customer focused Internal Sales & Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
The Role
This is a varied role that combines account management, project coordination and customer service. You will become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring every project progresses smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.
Working closely with our Design, Graphics, Sales Order Processing and Production teams, you will coordinate projects, keep customers informed and help ensure orders are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships whilst keeping multiple projects moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and build strong working relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact throughout the customer journey.
- Coordinate projects across multiple departments to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and delivery schedules.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and project status.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Self motivated with a positive, can do attitude.
- Calm under pressure and determined to find solutions.
- Experienced in internal sales, account management, project coordination or customer service.
Experience within print, packaging or manufacturing would be an advantage, although candidates from similar business to business customer service environments will also be considered.
