About Us
OpenPaparazzi is an exciting UK technology startup preparing for launch. We are building a next-generation marketplace that connects users with photographers and videographers on demand through a secure, innovative mobile platform.
As we enter our pre-launch phase, we are looking for an experienced Mobile App Developer to join our team and play a key role in the future of our product.
The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Flutter developer who can take ownership of our mobile application, maintain the existing codebase, develop new features, improve performance, and help us scale the platform after launch.
You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and collaborate with our product and design teams to continuously improve the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage our existing Flutter application
- Develop and implement new features
- Improve application performance and stability
- Optimise code quality and architecture
- Work with APIs, Firebase and AWS services
- Support App Store and Google Play releases
- Contribute to technical planning and future product development
- Identify and resolve bugs efficiently
Essential Skills
- Strong commercial experience with Flutter
- Excellent knowledge of Dart
- Good knowledge of Kotlin (Android)
- Good knowledge of Swift (iOS)
- Experience with Firebase
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Experience maintaining production mobile applications
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience integrating AI features into mobile applications
- Experience with computer vision or AI-powered camera functionality
- Experience building custom camera features
- Experience developing photography, social media or marketplace applications
- Startup experience
