Full job description

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Join our dynamic and growing IT team as a Service Desk Analyst, where your skills will make a real impact across our office locations.

Role and Responsibilities:

Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Log and manage support tickets, including daily system checks
Handle user requests such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal moves
Lead engaging IT inductions for new starters

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support, ideally within a service desk/help desk environment
Strong working knowledge of Windows OS (configuration and troubleshooting)
Basic understanding of networking concepts: LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS
Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting across all levels of the business
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for multi-site support)
