We are a Cheltenham-based private medical insurance broker with over 30 years of helping individuals and businesses across the UK find the right healthcare cover. We work with leading insurers including Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, and more.
We're growing, and we're looking for a talented Social Media Manager to help us build our online presence and connect with the right audiences. We're looking for someone with genuine creative flair and the drive to match.
The role will also include supporting our other business - Property Management, with a basic online presence.
What you'll be doing
- Planning and managing content across our social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and beyond)
- Creating engaging, on-brand content that resonates with both individual and business audiences
- Writing blog posts that inform, build trust, and support our SEO efforts
- Running and optimising paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to drive real enquiries
- Tracking performance, reporting on what matters, and using insights to keep improving
- Keeping up with digital trends — and the wider healthcare landscape too
- Updating Website content
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business, agency or in-house
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising across Meta and Google, not just organic content
- Strong writing skills across formats — social copy, blog posts, and ad creative
- Comfortable with analytics and making decisions based on data
- A self-starter who takes ownership and follows things through
- Experience in financial services or healthcare is a bonus, but not essential
- The ability to work independently
- We would require at least 2 days working from the office
