We're Penguin Uniform — the UK's workwear & uniform bundle specialists. We kit out businesses across trade, hospitality, healthcare and corporate, and we're a bit obsessed with making our customers look good at work.
Content is a big part of that, and we're looking for a part-time videographer and content creator to shoot, edit and turn it all into scroll-stopping posts. We know great creatives often juggle other clients and projects — so this role is built to flex around that. If you've got space in your week for a friendly, regular client with plenty of interesting work, we'd love to hear from you.
The setup — built around your schedule:
- A regular, dependable slice of work — think a few days a week, agreed with you in advance
- Flexible days — we can plan shoots and deadlines around your other commitments
- A mix of on-site and offsite — mostly at our Cheltenham studio, with the odd location shoot
- Whether you're a freelancer looking for an anchor client, or you want part-time work alongside other roles, this can work
What you'll actually be doing:
- Filming product, brand and behind-the-scenes content — in our Cheltenham studio and on location
- Editing videos end-to-end: cuts, sound, colour, captions and simple motion graphics
- Creating short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) built to perform on social
- Shooting product and lifestyle photography for the website and campaigns
- Working collaboratively with our social media team to plan and deliver content around launches, seasonal bundles and offers
- Keeping our library of footage and assets organised and easy to find
What we're looking for:
- A strong showreel or portfolio — we care more about what you can make & bring to the table, than where you were trained.
- Confident behind the camera and comfortable directing a shoot (comfortable in front of the camera is a bonus).
- Solid editing skills (Ideally DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- A ongoing feel for what works on social & an eye for a good shot.
- Self-starter who can take a rough brief and run with it, but also bring fresh ideas.
- Good understanding of using AI powered tools & how that can increase outputs but also what it can't do.
- Full UK driving licence is a plus (for offsite shoots), but not essential
Nice to have: Videography experience shooting social & paid media campaigns

- £25,000–£30,000 pro-rata, or a day rate for the right person.
