Full job description

Minerva produce high-end, bespoke kitchens and furniture to both local and nationwide clients from our workshops in Stoke Edith, Herefordshire. To join our growing team we are currently looking to employ a bench joiner / cabinet assembler.

Job description & requirements

Work throughout Minerva facilities in both assembly and machine shops, competently using all the woodworking machinery
Work from detailed production drawings
Produce bespoke cabinetry to a high level of quality
Inspect assembled products for quality assurance
Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and workflow in the assembly line.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries while operating machinery.

You will require:

Time served joiner / cabinet maker with a minimum of 2 years hands on experience
Ability to work to a very high level of quality
Punctual and reliable
Be able to work as part of a team and have the initiative to work alone.
Pro active and good at problem solving
Fresh thinking can-do attitude.
Able to do overtime when required
Ability to abide to health and safety requirements

Job offer

The position is full time (40 hours a week), overtime available
28 days paid holiday (inc. bank holidays)

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
