We are seeking a professional and experienced Senior barber / Hairdresser to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and grooming tailored to clients’ preferences.
- Provide expert barbering services such as beard trimming, shaves, and traditional cuts.
- Offer personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organised work station in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead by example in demonstrating technical skills and customer service excellence to junior team members.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products within the hairdressing industry.
- Communicate effectively with clients in English, ensuring they are fully informed about their treatments and aftercare.
- Assist in training new staff members or apprentices as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a comprehensive portfolio of work.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and courteously.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in hairdressing or barbering recognised within the industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised with keen attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with previous experience mentoring or supervising junior staff members is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £25,420.00-£52,305.26 per year
