Bebu Spanish is a growing bilingual music and sensory programme for babies, toddlers and young children. We bring joy, movement, play and Spanish language to families across Manchester. We are expanding and seeking a friendly, reliable and energetic Spanish speaker to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for someone warm, confident and enthusiastic to lead our bilingual classes for babies and toddlers in the mornings (Wednesday to Saturday) with the opportunity to also deliver after-school clubs and occasional weekend birthday parties paid a higher rate.
No formal teaching qualifications are required — full training in our methodology is provided.
Start Date: September 2026
Location: South Manchester / Trafford
Classes run across Manchester and Trafford boroughs (Chorlton, Didsbury, Stretford, Sale and surrounding areas).
Applicants must be happy to travel locally between venues (all locations within approx. 15–20 minutes).
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Set up and pack away class materials (mats, props, sensory items, instruments, etc.)
- Welcome families and build positive relationships with parents and children
- Lead fun, musical and sensory sessions for babies and toddlers
- Deliver bilingual Spanish sessions in nurseries
- Run after-school Spanish clubs for children aged 4–7
- Sing, dance and lead engaging group activities
- Manage class routines, group transitions and behaviour positively
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
- Drive to multiple venues across Trafford and south Manchester
- Keep attendance records and communicate with the team when required
- Occasionally lead weekend birthday parties (optional but well-paid)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fun, musical and sensory sessions for babies, toddlers and their adults
- Deliver sessions in nurseries
- Deliver after-school Spanish clubs in primary schools
- Support the launch of new classes
- Create a welcoming, positive atmosphere for families
- Follow safeguarding standards and company procedures
Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker
- Good level of English language
- Warm, friendly and reliable attitude
- Comfortable singing and leading groups
- Enjoys working with children aged 0–7
- Must have the right to work in the UK long-term
- Own Car recommended (travel between venues and transport class materials required)
- DBS required (or willingness to obtain one)
- Availability Wednesday to Saturday (mornings + some afternoons)
- Occasional weekend availability
