Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator to join our team at Alltami, Mold. Reporting to the management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations, statutory compliance, and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and statutory checks.
Coordinate and schedule routine inspections and testing, including fire safety checks, first aid provisions, and legionella testing.
Ensure all compliance logs and certificates are up to date and filed correctly.
Assist with health and safety audits and reporting.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Support internal and external communications as required.
Work in a manner to ensure personal safety and that of fellow employees by following company health and safety guidelines and policies.
Various other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience in an office administration role.
Experience in office compliance and statutory checks. Liaise with landlord (waste, fire and meter readings)
Operate in accordance to the premises management plan
Knowledge of fire safety, first aid, and legionella testing procedures.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong organisational and time management skills.

Additional Information

Must be highly computer literate including Microsoft Office and confident in managing and working with data
Must be a good time keeper. This job is a full-time role covering office hours from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday
This is a office based role working with the management team in Cryers Lane, Chester CH2
