Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with experience in catering, restaurant kitchens, and meal preparation. This role requires a creative individual who is dedicated to food safety and quality, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and develop new recipes.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency.
Assist with catering events as required, providing exceptional service to clients.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or catering environment.
Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
