Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of bartending practices. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests, serving beverages, and ensuring that all patrons receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
Handle cash and process payments accurately, utilising basic maths skills for transactions.
Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain high standards of hygiene.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting, demonstrating a commitment to providing outstanding service.
