Full job description

We are looking to hire a TIG Welder Fabricator (IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE) due to increasing workloads. This is a great opportunity to join a well established and growing business. Our clients are predominately within the food manufacturing industry.

PLEASE NOTE: This role requires a full UK driving licence.

Main duties of the TIG Welder Fabricator:

Site and workshop Welding / Fabrication (using Stainless Steel sheet and plate)
General use of workshop machinery to include guillotine, press brake and drill
The ability to work effectively and use own initiative
To be reliable and punctual

Hours: Monday - Thursday 7am to 4pm / Friday 7am to 1pm

Overtime rates (Time and half/Double time)

Monthly pay

Time served or apprentice trained preferred

Flexible approach to overtime and allocated tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £16.60 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Chesterfield, Derbyshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Fabrication / Welding: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)

Work authorisation:

United Kingdom (required)
