Front of House Superstar (Part-Time)Little Monster by the Bay – Bracklesham Bay

Flexible Hours | Competitive Pay | Immediate Start

We're not looking for someone who just wants a job.

We're looking for someone who wants to help create the best independent bar and restaurant in the area.

At Little Monster by the Bay, we're passionate about great beer, fantastic food, exceptional service and creating a place that people can't wait to come back to. We need a front of house superstar who shares that passion.

What We're Looking For

You must have:

Bucketloads of charisma and personality
A genuine love of people and hospitality
Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service
The confidence to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere
The drive and determination to help make Little Monster the number one destination in Bracklesham Bay
A positive, can-do attitude, even when things get busy
Pride in your work and attention to detail
The ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming and serving customers with warmth and enthusiasm
Taking food and drink orders
Serving craft beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks
Creating memorable experiences that keep customers coming back
Maintaining high standards throughout the venue
Supporting events, live music nights and special promotions
Helping us grow our reputation through exceptional customer service

About You

You don't wait to be told what needs doing.

You spot opportunities, take initiative and genuinely care about the success of the business.

You understand that every customer interaction matters and that a great experience can turn a first-time visitor into a regular.

Most importantly, you'll be an ambassador for Little Monster and take pride in helping us become the best bar and restaurant in the area.
