Due to continued expansion, One Parking Solution Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Mobile Enforcement Officers to join our friendly team.
You'll patrol a variety of private and council-owned car parks across Portsmouth and the surrounding areas, helping to ensure parking regulations are followed while providing excellent customer service.
No previous experience is required – we provide fully paid training to help you succeed from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Mobile Enforcement Officer, you'll:
- Patrol a designated portfolio of car parks using a company pool vehicle.
- Issue Parking Charges where parking terms have been breached.
- Provide a visible and professional presence across our managed sites.
- Help maintain clean, safe and welcoming car parks.
- Replace damaged or weathered signage where possible, or report maintenance requirements.
- Represent One Parking Solution professionally when dealing with members of the public and our clients.

- Safe and considerate drivers with good attention to detail.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 3 years.
- Please advise us of any driving penalty points.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Right to work in the UK.

Overtime
Additional overtime is regularly available, depending on business requirements.
Working Pattern
This role operates on a two-week rolling rota:
Week 1 (40 Hours)
- 5:00am – 3:00pm or
- 12:00pm – 10:00pm
Week 2 (60 Hours)
- 5:00am – 5:00pm or
- 10:00am – 10:00pm
You'll work 4 or 5 days out of 7, with every other weekend off (subject to operational requirements).
