As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Marketing & Growth Director to lead and develop our Performance Division.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a senior marketing and growth role for a commercially minded operator who knows how to turn paid acquisition into measurable, profitable growth. Hands-on expertise running and scaling Meta advertising is central to this role and a hard requirement.
Working directly alongside the founders, you will own customer acquisition, CRM, automation, retention and performance systems across both Peripheral and our client portfolio. You will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business while helping clients achieve sustainable commercial growth.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Own paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google and owned channels
- Plan, run and scale Meta advertising campaigns that deliver measurable return
- Improve lead quality, conversion and commercial performance
- Develop scalable growth frameworks across client accounts
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities
CRM, Automation & Retention
- Build customer journey and lifecycle frameworks
- Develop CRM and automation strategies
- Improve retention, engagement and customer lifetime value
- Create referral and advocacy systems
Consultancy & Client Performance
- Conduct growth and performance audits
- Support consultancy projects with marketing and growth expertise
- Develop acquisition, retention and growth strategies
- Contribute to commercial performance reviews and recommendations
Internal Growth
- Lead Peripheral's own marketing and growth initiatives
- Support consultancy sales opportunities
- Help develop new products, services and partnerships
Leadership
- Lead and develop Peripheral's Performance Division
- Establish systems, processes and delivery standards
- Manage internal and external resources
- Support future recruitment and team development
SUCCESS MEASURES
Within the first 12 months you will:
- Establish Peripheral's Performance Division

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Essential
- 5+ years in a senior marketing, growth or commercial role
- Proven, hands-on experience planning, running and scaling Meta advertising campaigns
- Demonstrable experience delivering measurable business growth through paid acquisition
- Strong practical experience with Google advertising
- Experience with CRM, automation and customer journey design
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- Experience managing stakeholders, projects and teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Desirable
- Experience within fitness, wellness, health or hospitality
- Passionate about leading a wellness lifestyle
- Consultancy or advisory experience
- Experience working with multi-site operators
- Experience scaling businesses through growth systems
- Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Asana or similar platforms
- Understanding of customer experience and retention strategy
