Full job description

We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie / Pizza Chef to join our growing kitchen team at The Railway Inn.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fresh food kitchen focused on quality, consistency and creating great food in a busy, welcoming pub.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for running our pizza section as well as supporting the kitchen across service. We make our dough in-house and are continually developing our menu, so we're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working with quality ingredients.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas to a consistently high standard.
Managing your own section during service.
Assisting across all kitchen sections when required.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness.
Supporting stock rotation and food preparation.
Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
Helping develop new menu ideas and seasonal specials.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Pizza Chef.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced fresh food kitchen.
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Takes pride in presentation and consistency.
Works well as part of a team.
Has good knowledge of food safety and kitchen standards.
