Entry Level Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: West London & Surrounding Areas (Fulham, Chelsea, Putney, Queen's Park)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

The Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established air conditioning contractor specialising in high-end residential installations across West London and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level Air Conditioning Engineer looking to start and develop a career within the industry. You will work alongside experienced engineers on premium residential projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience and industry training.

Duties

Assisting with the installation of air conditioning systems in high-end residential properties
Supporting senior engineers on projects across London
Learning fault-finding, diagnostics and repair procedures
Assisting with servicing and maintenance works
Completing job sheets and service documentation
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
Maintaining a professional approach when working in occupied homes

Requirements

Interest in Air Conditioning, HVAC, Refrigeration or Building Services
Any relevant experience or qualifications beneficial but not essential
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and professional attitude
Ability to work as part of a team
