About Perceptual Robotics
Perceptual Robotics builds autonomous drones and AI that inspect critical assets and predict maintenance needs, and we give teams the tools to do this work themselves. We're based in Bristol and Athens, with people working remotely in other countries. In wind, our drones capture blade imagery in the field and our platform, Dhalion, turns it into high-confidence defect detection and cost-based repair prioritisation. We work with more than 50 wind operators, service providers and OEMs across 20 countries in Europe and Latam, and we're expanding from wind into other energy and critical infrastructure.
Founded in 2016 we maintain a startup mindset with a demanding environment where each member of the team contributes meaningfully. If you want to make a visible impact and enjoy a fast-moving team, we'd like to hear from you.
The Role
This role sits at the centre of how we deliver a great experience to clients using our drone systems. You'll be the first line of technical support for clients running inspections on Dhalion drones, helping them get the most out of the platform and resolving issues as they come up. Alongside this, you'll be one of our operational pilots: flying inspections, training other pilots, and supporting R&D as we test new hardware and software.
This suits someone who's happiest close to both the product and the people using it — comfortable troubleshooting a client's query one day and flying a blade inspection the next.
