Full job description

Bailprint Labels Ltd produce self-adhesive labels mainly for the food industry. We have invested heavily in the last 2 years in technology and systems. We are looking for an organised and motivated Sales Office Administrator/Analyst to join our small team. This is a senior position which will be broadly split between making sure all our administration functions are taken care of and analysing sales and production data. Our systems can give us a huge amount of information. You will share and discuss the data with senior colleagues so we can make the right decisions for our business and customers.

Main duties

Data analysis and production of reports for sales and production
Presenting patterns in the data and reporting to other senior colleagues to implement changes if required in the business
Dealing with customer enquires
Receiving sales orders by email and phone and processing on our software
Sending order acknowledgements
Dealing with order issues including stock and despatch queries
Communicating with production to ensure efficient order fulfilment
Managing and updating the despatch diary
Organise deliveries with appropriate paperwork
Maintain accurate customer records
Invoicing despatches in a timely manner
Assisting with quotes and pricing
Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
General office administration and filing

Experience

Need to be confident on IT systems with ERP systems experience
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in a manufacturing administration role. Ideally within packaging or printing
Some experience of data analysis
Intermediate excel skills
Comfortable working in a small team and self-motivated

Hours

Monday – Thursday 9am – 4.30pm and Friday 9-4pm.

The position is office based for 5 days. Some flexibility could be offered around start and finish times but not days worked.
