Junior Sales Assistant (Full-Time Only)
Location: St Ann’s Square, Greater Manchester (short walk from the station)
Job Type: Part Time or Full-Time (Minimum 4-5 Days Per Week, excluding Sundays)

No previous experience is required. We provide full product, sales and client training from day one.

What Success Looks Like
Within your first few weeks you will:
- Complete our structured training and development programme.
- Build confidence communicating with customers face-to-face.
- Represent one of our nationally recognised clients professionally.
- Learn how to generate quality customer acquisitions.
- Consistently achieve agreed performance targets.
- Develop leadership, communication and business development skills.
- Progress towards opportunities to coach and mentor new team members.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing our clients through face-to-face customer interactions. (D2D, B2B, Events)
- Educating customers about products and services.
- Building genuine relationships with customers.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Working alongside a supportive, ambitious team.
- Attending daily coaching sessions and ongoing development workshops.
- Continuously improving your communication and sales skills.
