The Role
To participate fully in the routine work of the Telephone department.
This is a flexi position covering day shift, night shift, back shift and weekend shifts.
In this key role, you will:

Answer correct and transfer all incoming and outgoing calls over the main telephone system.

Use and transfer from the telephone directory menu.

In the event of a major breakdown of the main telephone system initiate the back-up system and answer connect and transfer all incoming and outgoing calls over the system.

Use the paging consul, change batteries and re-programme pocket page receivers.
