Live Commerce HostJob Overview
We're looking for a confident, outgoing person to join our team as a Live Commerce Host.
You'll be presenting our products during live shopping events, chatting with customers in real time, answering questions, and helping people find the right products. If you're comfortable on camera, enjoy talking to people, and have a passion for sales, this could be the perfect role for you.
No two live sessions are the same, so we're looking for someone with plenty of energy who can keep viewers engaged while representing our brand professionally.
This is a flexible role, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. We're happy to consider applicants looking for a few days a week, evenings, weekends, or a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Host live shopping sessions across our social media channels and other online platforms.
- Demonstrate products and explain their features and benefits in an engaging and entertaining way.
- Answer customer questions live and provide helpful product recommendations.
- Promote new products, special offers and exclusive deals.
- Build excitement and encourage viewers to make confident purchasing decisions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan live events and promotional campaigns.
- Share ideas to improve future live sessions and increase customer engagement.
- Ensure live streams run smoothly and professionally.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, retail, customer service, presenting or another customer-facing role.
- Confident speaking on camera and engaging with a live audience.
- A friendly, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
- Able to think on your feet and respond confidently to live customer questions.
- Organised, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using social media and online platforms. Experience with live streaming is an advantage but not essential.

We're especially keen to hear from people who are genuinely interested in Pokémon TCG, LEGO, and other collectibles.
Whether you're already a collector or simply enjoy the hobby, your enthusiasm and product knowledge will help you connect with customers and create engaging live shopping experiences.
Knowledge of trading cards, collectibles, gaming, toys or hobby products is a real advantage, but not essential.
