Full job description

Salary: Excellent rate of pay depending on experience

Location: Hanbury-Autogil Limited, Bradley Lane, Newton Abbot, Devon

Candidates must reside within 45 minutes travel to our site

Overview

Hanbury-Autogil has a highly experienced team and is equipped with the latest CNC machinery operating 24 hours per day, guaranteeing the best possible service for our customers.

We can produce work to the exacting standards demanded by the Rail, Energy Conservation and Heavy Plant Industries, utilising electrically & hydraulically powered drive and transmission equipment used in the construction industry.

We are currently recruiting for a competent, dynamic and versatile, CNC/ Manual Machinist to join our team. We invite you to apply with your CV through Indeed, detailing how you meet the candidate profile asked.

Candidate Profile:

CNC/Manual Machinists - You must be able to read detailed drawings and be able to manufacture precision parts, from one-off to small batch.
Knowledge on the Hurco Ultimax, Fanuc & Siemens software would be advantageous.
We would also consider Toolmakers with some CNC experience.
The ideal candidate would be time served and may have completed a full engineering apprenticeship.

Further Information:

Offering a competitive rate of pay per hour (depending on experience, skills and ability).

Hours 4.30pm-1am (Mon-Thurs) with half an hour Meal Break, totalling 32 hours per week.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
