<p><span><strong>Equans is looking for a Senior Project Manager (</strong></span><span><strong>PFI Hand Back) to join our team on the Central & Southwest business unit on a 24 month fixed term contract basis. </strong></span><span><strong>This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, car allowance and benefits package. </strong></span></p> <p><strong><span>As a Senior Project Manager, you will develop, track, and evaluate programmes to help achieve goals and objectives of the Central & Southwest business unit with regards to Centre of Best Practice PFI Handback. A Master’s degree is preferred</p> </li> <li> <p>Accreditation to relevant professional institute is preferred (IEng, MCIOB, RICS, etc)</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrable experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in the Construction industry in complex environments within a PFI environment</p> </li> <li> <p>CSCS Black Card</p> </li> <li> <p>NEBOSH General (construction)</p> </li> </ul> <p><span><em>This role includes a DBS Enhanced with Barred Lists check therefore ability to pass is essential. </em></span></p> <p><span><strong><span>Who are we?</span></strong></span></p> <h3><span><em>In the UK & Ireland, Equans is a provider of sustainable facilities management and regeneration, and cutting-edge energy and digital services.
