What You’ll Be Doing
As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining business reports, dashboards, and KPIs using data from Acumatica ERP and other company systems
- Creating and managing Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights across the business
- Analysing sales performance, customer trends, product performance, and inventory metrics
- Building inventory forecasting models to support purchasing decisions and stock availability
- Producing regular management reports and ad-hoc analysis for operational and strategic decision-making
- Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within business data and communicating findings clearly to stakeholders
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities
- Monitoring and improving data quality, integrity, and consistency across business systems
- Working with department managers to understand reporting requirements and business challenges
- Recommending process improvements based on data-driven insights
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organisation
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, MI Analyst, or similar analytical role
- Strong experience creating dashboards, reports, and visualisations using Power BI
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, and data modelling
- Experience analysing sales, inventory, operational, or commercial business data
- The ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
Desirable Skills
- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Acumatica
- SQL querying and database reporting experience
- Experience within retail, distribution, e-commerce, manufacturing, or furniture sectors
- Understanding of inventory planning, supply chain management, and demand forecasting
- Knowledge of data warehousing or data modelling concepts

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
