Help us continue to build something special!

We're a well-established, independent estate agency looking for a driven agent to help us grow. This isn't a "fill a desk" role — you'll be getting warm local enquiries from day one, plus a direct pipeline of probate property listings through our law firm.

This is a real opportunity to help reshape how the business develops.

We're a highly digitised agency — our site gives clients an instant, realistic property valuation, so the enquiries you get are warm and well-informed from the start.

What you'll be doing:

Handling local buyer/seller enquiries and valuations
Managing probate properties provided from our legal department
Building the client base and local presence
Working closely with the owner to grow the agency's reach

What we're looking for:

Estate agency experience (residential sales)
Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own diary
Strong local market knowledge preferred
NAEA/Propertymark membership or willingness to work towards it a plus

The offer:
Competitive basic salary + commission, DOE. Hours flexible — open to discussing full-time or part-time to suit the right person.
