Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Estimator and Salesman to join our team! In this multifaceted role, you will be the driving force behind accurately assessing project costs and actively engaging with clients to secure new business opportunities. Your enthusiasm, negotiation skills, and organizational prowess will help us deliver exceptional service while expanding our market presence. This position offers an exciting chance to combine technical estimation expertise with energetic sales efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth go hand in hand.

Duties

Prepare detailed estimates for projects by analyzing specifications, drawings, and client requirements with precision and clarity.
Engage proactively with potential and existing clients through B2B (business-to-business) sales channels to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts confidently while maintaining a focus on building long-term relationships.
Drive to client sites, meetings, and project locations as needed to foster strong communication and trust.
Manage customer inquiries promptly, providing exceptional service that emphasizes clear communication and transparency.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates align with project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Maintain organized records of all sales activities, client interactions, and project estimates for seamless follow-up and reporting.

Qualifications

Proven experience in estimation or sales within a relevant industry; B2B sales experience is highly valued.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Valid driving license with a clean driving record for travel between client sites and meetings.
Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and estimation software; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
