About the Role

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced professional with a commercial mindset and a passion for customer care. You’ll be an integral part of the team, providing expert dispensing, supporting our clinical services, and helping every patient see their world more clearly.

Core Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality dispensing in busy clinics
Promoting Myopia Management and other specialist services
Providing outstanding service and expert advice to every patient

Working Hours

Opening hours: Monday–Saturday, 9am–5:30pm
Full-time or part-time options available
Weekend work on rotation (not every weekend)

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Dispensing Optician or Experienced Optical Assistant (GOC Registered, if DO)
Experience in a busy clinical setting
Must be eligible to work in the UK
A driver’s license is desirable (for occasional cover at nearby practices)

Salary & Benefits

Competitive salary dependent on experience
5.6 weeks’ holiday (pro rata)
