*Exciting Practice Manager Position - North Hill Dental Care, Colchester*
*Full Time Position - 40 Hours P/W*
*Competitive Salary circa £40K, + Bonus & Benefits*

Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Practice Manager to join our highly reputable mixed dental practice, North Hill Dental Care in Colchester. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated practice team that has won multiple awards for delivering excellent quality dentistry.

North Hill Dental Care offers a wide range of nhs, private, & highly specialist dental & aesthetic treatments. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading a fantastic practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our head office functions & operational teams from day one in the role.

We will be looking for a candidate to join us in a full-time position ideally, on a 40 hour P/W contract.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of your dental practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times
Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
Plan & driving income targets for the practice, along with ensuring performance in line with profit & loss targets - a commercial focus is key for the role
Monitoring & leading on KPI reviews, P&L calls & supporting clinicians to achieve Private/NHS practice targets
Dealing promptly with any issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions
Deliver staff training and development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance managing

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

We are specifically looking for a candidate 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager, within a private or mixed practice
We may be open to considering applicants with management experience in other sectors such as healthcare, retail & hospitality
Must be commercially savvy, taking ownership of the practices P&L accounts, understanding areas for development & improvement
Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring all are working in harmony to deliver a fantastic patient experience
Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
Ensuring CQC & other compliance requirements are met at all times
Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service

Highly competitive salary of circa £40K P/A, depending on experience & advanced qualifications - there may be scope for negotiation for the successful candidate
Performance related bonus scheme of up to 20% of salary, based on key performance indicators in the practice
Access to a large PM network within the business, with conferences, monthly meetings & development programmes for our managers
A great deal of support in the role from individuals, quality systems and experienced head office departments such as recruitment, marketing & finance
GDC, Indemnity and CPD costs covered if you're a Qualified Nurse - equivalent to circa £500 per year
Additional annual leave giving you a day off on your birthday
Regular team & company social events, including a company wide Christmas Party, and a leadership conference in Marbella next year
