E1 is one of London’s most renowned electronic music venues and event spaces. We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join our growing management team and help lead one of the busiest late-night bar operations in the capital.
You:
* Are passionate about the drinks, hospitality and music industries.
* Have proven experience leading, developing and motivating large bar teams.
* Have an eye for talent and recruit people who thrive in a fast-paced late-night environment.
* Have experience increasing wet sales, managing stock control and implementing systems that improve efficiency and profitability.
* Have experience in high-volume bars or nightclubs.
* Hold a Personal Licence.
* Are highly organised, commercially aware and lead by example.
* Are a genuine people person with strong leadership skills.
* Want to step into an Operations role in the future and are keen to learn new skills.
* Are happy working evenings, late nights, weekends and public holidays as part of the late-night hospitality industry.

The Role:
* Lead and develop the bar team across all venue operations.
* Drive wet sales and maximise bar profitability.
* Manage stock control, ordering and wastage.
* Recruit, train and mentor bar staff.
* Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance at all times.
* Work closely with the wider Operations team to deliver outstanding events.

Please note: This is a genuine nightlife role. Most shifts take place during evenings and overnight, particularly Thursday to Sunday, so applicants must be comfortable working late hours on a regular basis.
