Position

Job Title QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Location Based at Alness/Inverness but will be working across the Highlands and Morayshire areas.

Working Hours Full/Part time

Duration Permanent

Holidays Competitive Annual Leave Entitlement

Remuneration Commensurate to experience

Probationary Period 3 months from commencement

At Pat Munro Construction we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our developing Commercial Team. As a long-established, family-owned business with an excellent reputation across the Highlands, we deliver a diverse range of civil engineering, infrastructure, housing, building, surfacing and utility projects.

We're looking for someone who wants more than just another Quantity Surveying role. We want someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes ownership of their projects and wants to build a long-term career with a business that values its people.

Whether you're early into your Quantity Surveying career, looking to take the next step in your career progression, or an experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking the opportunity to work closer to home on local projects without regular long-distance travel or overnight stays, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll be working closely with our operational teams, clients and supply chain, managing projects from tender handover through to final account while helping us continue to deliver successful projects across the Highlands.
