We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join us based at our Redditch site.

You'll be leading a team of contract support staff and helpdesk operatives, with responsibility for multiple workstreams within the contract and managing internal and external stakeholders.

Key accountabilities include:

Ensure successful delivery of commercial activities the department undertakes as well as oversee all administrative activities ensuring they are in adherence with contractual and company expectations
Ensure work is carried out in compliance with all health and safety requirements and to adhere to the best working practices
Oversee call handling and monitor task completion
Take an active role in the commercial processing and monitoring of the account
Implement corrective processes and procedures where necessary
Support the delivery team through management reporting, data analysis and client report collation on a periodic and ad hoc basis as required by the demands of the contract.
Complete relevant HR processes including; notification of absence, holiday management, training needs and completion of timesheets.

You’ll be a strong people manager who doesn’t shy away from performance management. You’ll be confident, self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude. You’ll have exceptional communication skills using different styles to deliver clear messages at all levels. You’ll find it easy to adapt to change quickly and to the ever-changing priorities.

You’ll currently be working within a similar multi-site business as a Team Supervisor, ideally within a call centre operation and have an understanding of FM Operations and delivery models. You’ll have excellent administration and IT skills and be proficient in Excel, and PowerPoint exp is desirable.
