About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Prepare applications for payment in line with contract requirements using project ledgers

Support and attend internal and external project cost reviews

Assist in producing the monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (profit & loss)

Maintain and update project cost ledgers

Develop and maintain revenue forecasts

Perform trend and variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities

Produce accurate and timely reports to support decision-making

Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates with experience or exposure to:

Applications for payment

Cost and data management

Project financials, including: Profit & loss

Cost journaling

Cost and revenue accruals

Revenue forecasting

You should also:

Be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel

Have experience with ERP systems (desirable but not essential)

Can gain baseline security clearance (BPSS)

You’ll possess well developed communications skills, an eye for detail, a positive can-do attitude and have a desire to improve the way we work.

Qualifications:

Working towards a Degree in relevant subject area or equivalent experience in a technical qualification

Experience:

3 years within a similar role in a highly regulated environment, ideally within the nuclear industry (not essential)
