Chef de Partie – The Elms Hotel & Spa
Location: Worcestershire, UK

Nestled in the rolling Worcestershire countryside, The Elms Hotel & Spa is a stunning Queen Anne mansion and proud member of the Pride of Britain Hotels collection. We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

The role

As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Working closely with our Head Chef, you will contribute to crafting seasonal menus that showcase the finest local and regional produce, ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen reflects the quality our guests expect from a hotel of this calibre.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up, in a quality hotel or restaurant environment
A genuine passion for quality, seasonal cooking and creative presentation
Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure during busy service
Strong understanding of food hygiene standards and kitchen safety
A team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends

£32,000 - £34,000 per annum plus tronc, for 48 hours per week
