Job Title: Assistant Building Surveyor

Salary: £28,000-£35,000

Within this role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping the future of our projects, with a particular emphasis on energy efficiency and retrofit initiatives. Your contributions will be integral to our commitment to sustainability and innovation.
Role Responsibilities Include:
- Site visits and associated reports
- Production and issue of Monthly Valuations
- Condition survey reports
- Light CAD work
- Specification Writing
- General Contract Administration.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- We're looking for an individual with 1-2 years of post-graduate experience, coupled with a dedication to professional growth, demonstrated by your ongoing pursuit of an APC certification.
- Able to use Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
- Have a full Driving License
- Ability to work well in a team environment
