Germ Clean Ltd is looking for a reliable and flexible Cleaning Technician to join our team.
This role involves working across a variety of sites, including offices, leisure facilities, Airbnb properties, and commercial settings, ensuring all spaces are cleaned to a high standard and ready for use.
Due to the varied nature of the work, no two shifts are the same—making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning duties across multiple property types, including:
- Offices and commercial spaces
- Leisure facilities
- Airbnb and short-term rental properties
- HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation)
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas
- Dusting and sanitising surfaces
- Changing bedding and preparing Airbnb properties (where required)
- Emptying bins and waste disposal
- Following cleaning checklists and company standards
Working Hours
- Monday- Saturday
- 5–20 hours per week, depending on workload and availability
- Flexible shift patterns (may vary week to week)
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Flexible and adaptable to different types of cleaning environments
