Assembly/Scissor Lift Operative - (mechanical experience)

Hourly rate: Depending on experience
The Role
- Working on dock levellers; scissor lifts and hydraulic lifting equipment
- Working across assembly and scissor lifts and working on general lifting equipment structures within our purpose built workshop, also a range of steel profiles, bespoke frames.
- Ability to accurately interpret and understand technical drawings for new manufacture, refurb and build work.
- Working within clear quality and finish standards to tight deadlines.
- Carrying out the assembly build to final factory sign off.
- There may be limited assistance required with the installation of product.
- There may be some final factory connection of control panels and electrical wiring sign off - electrical competence.

Environment
- Fully equipped workshop.

- Heavy manual handling in excess of 26kg+
- Progression routes can lead to regional site commissioning.
Do you have?
- All round ability and skill-set for mechanical skill-set and/or hydraulic experience.
- Familiarisation with loading bay/lifting equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Ability to work under pressure
- A FLT license would be desirable but not essential.
