Job Title: Level 3 Fitness Advisor

Job Overview:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Fitness Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness and wellness, with a strong commitment to ensuring a positive and professional experience for our members. Your role will include a range of tasks, from assisting clients with gym inductions to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct gym inductions for new members, ensuring they are fully informed and confident in using the equipment safely and effectively.
Develop and deliver personalized gym programmes for clients to help them reach their fitness goals.
Perform regular pool water testing, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.
Set up and prepare the sports hall for various activities and events, ensuring that equipment is safe and ready for use.
Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of the fitness and leisure departments to ensure they remain in top condition.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times.
Monitor the use of gym equipment and facilities to ensure they are being used safely.
Stay up to date with the latest fitness trends and industry best practices to provide the best service to our clients.

Requirements:

Level 3 Fitness Instructor qualification (or equivalent).
Experience in delivering gym inductions, training, and fitness programmes.
Knowledge of pool water testing and general health and safety procedures.
Ability to set up and manage various sports activities in a leisure setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
First Aid qualification (desirable but not essential).
