Full job description

Job Summary
We are looking for a Structural Detailer to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating general assembly drawings and fabrication drawings. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in CAD/Tekla Structures.

Duties

Develop detailed structural drawings and models using CAD software TEKLA.
Create 3D models and general assembly drawings.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret design concepts into accurate technical drawings.
Review and modify drawings based on project requirements and client feedback.
Ensure all designs adhere to relevant standards, codes, and best practices in construction and graphic design.
Assist in the preparation of construction documentation, including details for fabrication and assembly.

Qualifications

Proven experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, ArchiCAD, or SolidWorks - preferably Tekla Structures
Strong understanding of structural systems and construction processes.
Knowledge of graphic design principles relevant to technical drawings.
Familiarity with system design concepts within the context of construction projects.
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Prior experience in structural detailing or related fields is desirable but not essential.
