Full job description

Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Agent to play a key role in developing our Farm and Rural Estate agency presence across the region, securing new instructions and delivering an exceptional service to our clients & colleagues. You’ll have the independence to drive your own work while being part of a strong and supportive rural agency team.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and developing your own patch of farm and estate agency work
Securing and handling sales and purchases of rural property
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Working closely with our marketing team to deliver targeted campaigns
Promoting the full range of GSC Grays services

What we are looking for

MRICS-qualified or equivalent experience
Proven experience in farm and estate agency or rural property sales
Commercially minded and confident in generating new business
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated, professional, and collaborative
