Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Agent to play a key role in developing our Farm and Rural Estate agency presence across the region, securing new instructions and delivering an exceptional service to our clients & colleagues. You’ll have the independence to drive your own work while being part of a strong and supportive rural agency team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing your own patch of farm and estate agency work
- Securing and handling sales and purchases of rural property
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Working closely with our marketing team to deliver targeted campaigns
- Promoting the full range of GSC Grays services
What we are looking for
- MRICS-qualified or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in farm and estate agency or rural property sales
- Commercially minded and confident in generating new business
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and collaborative
