Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience to develop their skills in a professional environment. The Administrator will play a vital part in maintaining organisational efficiency and providing exceptional support to colleagues and clients alike.

Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining office files, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Handling correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls in a professional manner
Organising meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Assisting with invoicing, billing, and basic financial administration tasks
Supporting team members with various administrative duties to ensure operational efficiency
Managing office supplies and liaising with suppliers to maintain stock levels
Providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients

Qualifications

Proven office experience is essential, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
