Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Content Developer to join our dynamic team.

The Junior Content Developer supports the Content team in the development of eLearning courses and digital resources, contributing to projects that align with the business’s strategic goals.

This is an entry-level role; no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

Using Articulate Rise to develop, create and amend online training courses.
Creating video and audio content for training using Canva, Adobe suite and other relevant software.
Designing course materials such as resource PDFs and graphics.
Support with content editing, proofreading, and updating as required.
Testing and reviewing course materials.
Providing administrative support to the team when required.

Requirements

No direct previous experience is required.
Well-developed computer skills in Office 365 and other relevant software
Strong interest in content creation and digital learning
Strong attention to detail
Committed to continuing personal development

Skills and competencies

An excellent level of computer literacy.
An eye for graphic design.
Thinking innovatively and using your own initiative to solve problems.
Engaging with multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines.
Managing own workload and prioritising tasks.
Design and video editing skills would be preferred, but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £19,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
