Picture this…
It’s Monday morning, the music is playing (sometimes questionable)
You’ve got your coffee in hand, the printers are humming away, today’s school photos are looking fantastic, and there’s a team around you that actually enjoys coming to work.
One minute you’re making sure thousands of school photos are printing perfectly. The next you’re editing images, packing orders that will make parents smile, and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll become an important part of our production team, helping turn thousands of school memories into finished products that families treasure.
Your days could include:
- Learning to operate our professional print equipment (don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything!)
- Packing customer orders ready to head out the door.
- Editing photographs in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Helping with office administration and supporting the wider team.
- Stepping in to manage printing when our Head of Production is away.
You’ll fit right in if you…
- Already know your way around Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Like getting stuck in and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up.
- Take pride in getting the little details right.
- Can work on your own but enjoy being part of a team.
- Are reliable, organised and always ready to help.
- Love learning new things and taking on fresh challenges.
