Salary
Self-employed with uncapped earning potential
Realistic OTE £40,000 to £70,000

Initially office based in Colchester
Transitioning to hybrid working once fully trained

The business operates a modern model, where advisors are fully supported from day one and a clear pathway to becoming a high earning, fully competent advisor.

Our client offers a comprehensive onboarding programme designed to take CeMAP qualified individuals through to Competent Advisor Status as efficiently as possible. Once CAS is achieved, advisors are supported in expanding into protection advice, significantly increasing their earning potential.

Trainee Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities:

Advising clients on mortgage products
Managing warm, pre-qualified leads provided by the business
Building relationships with clients and guiding them through the mortgage process
Working towards Competent Advisor Status (CAS)
Maintaining compliance and delivering high-quality customer outcomes

Experience Needed to Become a Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

Must have the CeMAP qualification
Must be happy being self-employed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a self-employed environment
A genuine interest in financial services and helping clients
Ability to work in a structured training environment and develop quickly
