We are looking for a motivated Trainee Mobile Facilities Operative to join our growing team. No previous experience is required—we'll provide all the training you need to develop specialist skills within the industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone leaving school, sixth form or college, or anyone looking for a hands-on career with genuine opportunities for progression.

About the Role

As a Trainee Mobile Facilities Operative, you'll work alongside experienced technicians delivering specialist cleaning services at commercial premises across the UK.

Your duties will include:

Specialist carpet cleaning
Hard floor cleaning and restoration
High-level cleaning
Brass and metal restoration
Periodic deep cleaning
Specialist one-off cleaning projects
Supporting other specialist cleaning services as required
Operating professional cleaning equipment and machinery
Driving company vehicles to customer sites
Delivering outstanding customer service while representing Xpedia professionally

Every day is different, and you'll gain experience working in a wide variety of prestigious commercial environments.

What We're Looking For

Reliable and punctual
Hard-working with a positive attitude
Willing to learn new skills and complete company-funded training
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Professional and polite when dealing with customers
Flexible with working hours as the role includes early mornings, evenings and occasional overnight stays
Happy to work weekends when required
Comfortable travelling to sites across the UK
In possession of a full UK driving licence (essential)
Confident communicating in English

Working Hours
